About Trivelle

Founded by three families who couldn't find care worth trusting

So we built the home we were searching for — a garden bungalow in Country Heights where parents are looked after the way their children would look after them.

Our story

A home we built for our own

Trivelle Care began the way most care journeys do — with adult children searching for somewhere good enough for their own parents, and not finding it. Three families toured home after home and kept meeting the same things: cramped shoplots, windowless rooms, and caregivers stretched too thin to truly care. So in 2026 we opened the home we couldn't find — a purpose-built residence in a22,000 sq ft garden bungalow in Country Heights, Kajang.

Our founder's father is 82 and still tends his garden every morning. He is the reason this home looks the way it does. We didn't choose a building for elders who are winding down — we chose an environment for elders who still love living: lawns to stroll, verandahs to sit on, and rooms where every window opens to green.

Trivelle Care is operated by Trivelle Living Care Centre Sdn Bhd, known in Chinese as啟恩乐龄健康护理中心.

What guides us

Growing old, living well

Our vision

A Malaysia where growing old never means giving up on living — every elder ageing with dignity, comfort and company.

Our mission

To care for every resident the way their own family would — attentively, honestly and with genuine warmth, one person at a time.

Care philosophy

Time to truly pay attention

Many care homes run one caregiver to eight or more residents. We hold ourselves to one for every three to four. The difference shows hour to hour: showers that are never rushed, mealtimes where someone notices who ate well and who didn't, a hand to hold on the garden path, and an emergency bell answered in moments — because there is always someone near enough to hear it.

The same attention runs through the kitchen. Four freshly cooked meals a day, every meal with soup, prepared with less sugar and less salt; fruit at teatime; vegetarian and vegan plates for residents who prefer them. Food here isn't catering — it's home cooking, because that is what this place is: a home.

The location

Why Country Heights

We deliberately chose a quiet, green, gated estate over a city-centre lot. Inside Country Heights, mornings sound like birdsong instead of traffic; residents wake to gardens rather than shoplot walls; and the estate's own guarded gates add a further layer of security around our home.

Yet it is anything but remote — minutes from Kajang and an easy drive from across the Klang Valley, so visiting never becomes a chore. The pace here feels like a kampung morning: unhurried, green and neighbourly, but close enough for children and grandchildren to drop by any day of the week.

The care team

Trained, present and accountable

Trained caregivers

Every caregiver at Trivelle is trained in Basic Life Support (BLS), CPR and First Aid — and with one caregiver to every three or four residents, they have the time to use that training attentively, not just in emergencies.

Registered nurse

A registered nurse conducts weekly rounds, looking in on every resident, reviewing how each person is settling and eating, and flagging anything a family should know about early.

Visiting panel doctor

We are currently arranging a visiting panel doctor for the home. In the meantime, residents' own clinic and hospital appointments are supported with transport and escort arrangements.
