Wellness & physiotherapy

Strength for the everyday

Movement is woven into life here — gentle exercise every morning, muscle training on weekdays, and optional physiotherapy with visiting specialists when your family wants it.

Movement, every day

Staying active is how the house runs

At Trivelle, movement isn't an appointment — it's the rhythm of the home. Every morning starts with group exercise, and weekdays add muscle-training sessions led by our caregivers. The goal is simple and honest: help each resident keep the strength, balance and confidence they have, for as long as the days allow. Weekends stay free and easy.

The four pillars

How we keep residents moving

01

Morning exercise, every day

Each day at Trivelle begins the same way — gentle group exercise on the lawn or in the lounge, with every resident moving at their own pace.

02

Weekday muscle training

Structured strength sessions on weekdays, focused on the movements that matter — standing, walking, reaching — so everyday routines stay within reach.

03

A dedicated physio area

Parallel bars for supported walking practice and pedal exercisers for seated movement, always used with a caregiver close at hand.

04

Visiting specialists, optional

Physiotherapy and chiropractic sessions with visiting specialists, arranged one to three times a week as suits the resident — charged separately, never obligatory.

The physio space

Purpose-built, never pressured

Our physiotherapy area is set up for steady, supported movement: parallel bars for walking practice with something firm to hold, and pedal exercisers for residents who move best from a chair. Caregivers are always nearby, and nothing is ever rushed.

For families who want more, visiting physiotherapists and chiropractors come to the home for one-to-one sessions — typically one to three times a week, in whatever rhythm suits the resident.

A word of honesty: these specialist sessions are not part of the monthly fee. They are charged separately per session, and always discussed and agreed with your family first — no surprises on the bill, ever.

Beyond the exercise mat

An active life, not a programme

Much of what keeps a person moving doesn't look like exercise at all. Our residents stroll the gardens and lawns of the 22,000 sq ft grounds, take the morning air on the driveway, and sit outside at teatime — small, willing movements that add up across a day.

There are outings too: trips to EkoCheras mall and Titiwangsa give residents somewhere to walk, something to see, and a story to tell the family afterwards.

Every quarter, visiting professionals hold health talks at the home — practical sessions for residents and families on staying well, eating well and living well in the later years.
