Choosing care for a parent is one of the hardest decisions a family ever makes — often under time pressure, often with guilt that was never deserved. We can't make the decision easy, but we can make the path clear: four unhurried steps, plainly explained, at your family's pace.
Care Assessment
Our care team reviews the questionnaire (with a recent photo or short video of your loved one) to confirm we can care for them safely and plan their personal care level.
Visit Country Heights
Tour the bungalow, meet the caregivers, see the rooms and gardens, and ask us anything — visits are welcome daily from 10 AM to 7 PM.
Move In
We confirm the room, complete the admission form, and arrange a gentle, unhurried move-in day. Payment: first month plus a 1.5-month refundable deposit.

What to prepare
Nothing formal — just a few things that help our care team give you an accurate answer the first time, instead of a vague one.
A recent photo or short video
Helps our care team understand your loved one's mobility and condition for the assessment.
Health condition notes
Diagnoses, allergies and any recent hospital discharge notes you have on hand.
Current medication list
Names and dosages, so daily routines carry on without interruption from day one.
Preferred start date
So we can plan the room, the paperwork and a gentle, unhurried move-in day.

Who we can — and cannot — care for
Trivelle is a residential care home, not a hospital. Being clear about that protects your loved one — a home that promises everything can safely deliver very little.
We warmly welcome
- Seniors aged 55 and above
- Medically stable — wheelchair users welcome
- Help needed with daily living — bathing, dressing, meals
- Mild to moderate dementia
Where we must say no
- Tube feeding
- Catheter or stoma care
- Dialysis
- Continuous oxygen support
- Severe dementia with unmanaged behaviour
- Infectious disease
- Palliative or hospital-level care
If we're not the right fit, we'll tell you honestly at the assessment stage — before any commitment — and do our best to point you toward the kind of care your loved one truly needs.
