This website is operated by Trivelle Living Care Centre Sdn Bhd (Company Registration No. 202601013743 (1675841-A)), a residential elderly care centre located atLot 206, Lorong Cinta Alam E, off Jalan Cinta Alam, Country Heights, 43000 Kajang, Selangor, Malaysia. In this notice, "we", "us" and "Trivelle Care" refer to Trivelle Living Care Centre Sdn Bhd.

What we collect

When you send us an enquiry through this website, we collect what you choose to give us:

• Your contact details — name, phone number and email address — and your relationship to the person you are enquiring for.
• Details about your loved one that you choose to share, such as their age range, mobility, and any care needs or health-related information you include in your message. Please share only what you are comfortable with — a fuller picture simply helps us give you a more useful answer.

We do not ask for identity card numbers, financial information or passwords through this website, and you should never be prompted for them here.

Why we collect it

We use the information you provide for three purposes only: responding to your enquiry, carrying out a pre-admission care assessment to confirm we can care for your loved one safely, and — if you choose to proceed — arranging admission. We will not use your details for anything unrelated to these purposes without asking you first.

WhatsApp communications

Many families prefer to reach us on WhatsApp. If you message us there, your conversation is handled under WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy in addition to this notice. We treat anything you share with us on WhatsApp with the same care and confidentiality as an enquiry made through this website, and we use it only for the purposes described above.

Photographs and resident privacy

Consent for photographs, videos and other personal data relating to residents — for example images from our family celebrations — is handled separately and explicitly in the admission agreement signed at move-in. Nothing on this website implies consent on a resident's behalf, and families may decline or limit photo consent at any time.

How long we keep your data, and withdrawing consent

We keep enquiry information only for as long as it is needed to handle your enquiry and any admission that follows, after which it is deleted or securely archived where the law requires us to retain it. You may withdraw your consent for us to hold your enquiry data at any time by emailingtrivellegroup@gmail.com — we will confirm once it has been removed.

We never sell your data

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to anyone, for any reason. Your family's information is not a product.

Third parties who help us run this website

Like most websites, we rely on a small number of service providers to operate: a web hosting provider that serves these pages, and — when enabled — Google Analytics 4, which uses cookies to help us understand how visitors use the site (for example, which pages are most read). Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes beyond providing their service to us.

Your rights under the PDPA 2010

Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010, you have the right to ask us what personal data we hold about you, to request a copy of it, and to have it corrected if it is inaccurate or out of date.
