Residential care

A room of their own, in a home full of life

Long-term care in a 22,000 sq ft garden bungalow — one trained caregiver to every 3–4 residents, and every room with an outside-facing window.

A true home

Long-term living, done properly

Residential care at Trivelle means your loved one lives here — not as a patient, but as a resident of a three-level bungalow in a green, gated Country Heights estate. With no more than 50 residents and one trained caregiver to every 3–4 of them, our team has the time to learn how Mum takes her tea and when Dad likes his walk. That attention is the whole point.

Care & safety

Trained eyes, calm responses

Every Trivelle caregiver is professionally trained in Basic Life Support, CPR and First Aid — and with one caregiver to every 3–4 residents, there is always someone close enough to notice the small changes that matter.

A registered nurse conducts weekly rounds to review each resident's wellbeing, and a visiting panel doctor arrangement is underway. In any emergency, our protocol is vitals first: assess and record vital signs, inform the family immediately, and arrange hospital transport when needed.

Between those moments, safety is quietly constant — an emergency bell within reach in every room, and 24-hour CCTV across the home.

Ask Trivelle

Questions families ask about residential care

All questions answered
Who can Trivelle Care accept?

We welcome seniors aged 55 and above who are medically stable — including wheelchair users, those needing help with daily living, and mild to moderate dementia. We are a residential care centre, not a hospital, so we cannot accept residents needing tube feeding, catheter or stoma care, dialysis, continuous oxygen, or intensive medical treatment. Our team confirms suitability through a short pre-admission assessment.

What is included in the monthly fee?

Accommodation, basic daily care, four freshly cooked meals a day (every meal with soup), daily housekeeping and laundry, weekday activities, morning exercise, and safety monitoring with an emergency bell and 24-hour CCTV in every room.

Are the rooms comfortable?

Every room has an outside-facing window for natural light and air — no windowless rooms. Beds have safety grab rails, and ground-floor rooms are available for residents who should avoid stairs. All living areas have smart TVs and WiFi; single rooms include a private TV.

Is the care team medically trained?

All caregivers are professionally trained in Basic Life Support (BLS), CPR and First Aid. A registered nurse conducts weekly rounds, and our target caregiver ratio is 1 to every 3–4 residents — significantly more attentive than the industry norm.

What do residents do all day?

Every morning starts with gentle group exercise. On weekdays we run muscle training, board games, memory activities, art and craft, music sessions and baking. Weekends are free and easy for family visits and rest.
