Dementia & memory care

Familiar faces, unhurried days

Calm, structured care for seniors with mild to moderate dementia — from caregivers who stay the same, in a home that feels the same, day after day.

Understanding, not managing

We meet your loved one where they are

Dementia changes how a person experiences the world — but it never changes who they are to us. Trivelle Care supports seniors with mild to moderate dementia: the parent who repeats a question, misplaces the day of the week, or needs a gentle prompt through the morning routine. For them, we keep life steady, sociable and dignified.

We are equally honest about our limits. Severe dementia with behaviour that needs specialised supervision deserves a dedicated facility — and if that is where your family is, we will gladly help you find one.

Our approach

Patience is the whole plan

Routine is kindness. Meals arrive at the same times, at the same table, with the same faces around it. The tenth telling of a story is welcomed as warmly as the first, and a question asked again is simply answered again — without a sigh, without a glance at the clock.

Our 1:3–4 caregiver ratio makes that patience possible. The same small team cares for your loved one every day, so they learn the little things — how she takes her tea, which chair he prefers, what settles a restless afternoon. Nobody is a stranger for long.

And family stays part of the routine. Visits are welcome daily from 10 AM to 7 PM, we share honest updates, and we listen when you tell us what home used to look like — because that is the version of life we try to keep familiar.

Residents relaxing in the TV lounge and activity area

A calmer setting

An environment that reassures

Confusion grows in chaotic places and settles in calm ones. Our bungalow sits inside the quiet, gated Country Heights estate — green, secure and unhurried — with safety measures families can see for themselves.

A quiet, gated estate

Country Heights security at the perimeter, garden birdsong inside — a world away from busy streets and strange noise.

A home, not a ward

A garden bungalow with lounges, a dining hall and lawns — no long hospital corridors, no clinical glare.

Secure grounds

Gated compound and watchful caregivers, so residents can move about the home and gardens freely and safely.

An emergency bell in every room

Help is one press away, at any hour — and with a 1:3–4 ratio, someone is always near enough to answer.

24-hour CCTV

Common areas and rooms are monitored around the clock, so families far away can rest a little easier.

Thoughtfully arranged rooms

We respect Feng Shui sensitivities — beds are never placed facing the door — and every room has an outside-facing window.

Gentle engagement

Weekdays with shape, weekends with ease

Every morning begins with gentle group exercise. On weekdays, caregivers lead structured sessions built around joy and familiarity — not performance. Weekends are free and easy: rest, family visits, and time in the garden.

Memory games

Familiar puzzles and recall games played for enjoyment — never as a test.

Music sessions

Old favourites and singalongs from the years that matter most.

Art & craft

Hands kept busy, colours chosen freely, and something to show the family.

Calligraphy

Slow, meditative brushwork in the quiet of the afternoon.

Baking

Kitchen smells that feel like home, and teatime treats shared together.

Morning exercise

Gentle group movement that starts every day the same familiar way.

Garden time

Fresh air, green lawns and unhurried strolls with a caregiver alongside.

Board games

Easy afternoons of checkers and card games — company first, competition second.
